Global Foundries

Starting with the very first building on the GLOBAL FOUNDRIES project, DiGesare Mechanical installed Plumbing and HVAC systems in a new field complex for the lead design team, M+W Group as well as the break tent for the thousands of workers that would be needed for this build. From there, DMI went on to complete those same disciplines and adding Condor Fire to the mix with the Sprinkler work in the four-story 200,000 square foot Admin #1 building, the Dining Hall, and multiple projects and additions throughout the Fab. DMI also worked with LeChase Construction on the Admin #2 building, providing complete Design/Build services for the plumbing and HVAC on the three-story, 221,000 square foot office building
